Varsity Football - 6:45-8 a.m.
Sophomore Football - 9:45-11 a.m.
Freshman Football - 7:45-9 a.m.
General Boys/Girls - 8:45-10 a.m.
Participants must be entering grades 9 to 12.
Yorkville High School offers a free strength and conditioning program to high school students throughout the summer months. The coaching staff focuses on proper form and technique, individual strength and conditioning gains, and teamwork in a strength and conditioning setting. Emphasis is placed on effort, positive attitudes, commitment, and integrity.
